The management meeting of ClimaLAND Project was called to order at 12:00-13:00 EET on 02.12.2020 in Google Meet platform by Alfred Vespremeanu-Stroe, with the participation of Bernd Etzelmüller, Alexandru Onaca, Tiberiu Sava (team leaders), Simon Filhol, Florin Tătui, Răzvan Popescu (key persons), Mădălina Popa (financial and administrative responsible).

The issues discussed throughout the meeting included:

• Steering committee establishment – the elected steering committee members are: Alfred Vespremeanu-Stroe, Brend Etzelmüller, Alexandru Onaca and Tiberiu Sava.
• The internal rules governing the project – setting more focused collaborative groups on specific research issues, plan of meetings, data exchange ways and data processing.
• Communication and visibility strategy and rules – disscusions regarding the imposed communication guidelines and Visual Identity Requirements.
• Meetings and research visits– setting tentative timeline for future workshops and face to face meetings in the field starting August – September 2021; setting research visits and young researchers stages – starting fall 2021.
